PSM II is a course designed to support Scrum Masters in their professional development. Unlike the PSM course that focuses on how to use the Scrum framework and the role of the Scrum Master, PSM II is an advanced course that helps students understand the postures that characterize an effective Scrum Master and Servant-Leader while immersing themselves deeply in how he serves the Scrum team, the Product Owner and the organization. The course includes a free attempt at the Professional Scrum Master II certification, recognized throughout the industry.

The PSM II course is for Scrum Masters who have at least one year of experience and are looking to expand their knowledge and skills of Scrum Master.
Attendees should be PSM I certified.

During the two days, students will learn about areas critical to the evolution of a successful Scrum Master such as how Scrum's principles and values help guide Scrum Masters in their decisions and how they can help change the environment of Scrum teams, creating an environment in which Agility can flourish.
