(SPM) Scrum Projects Management

Registration

Description

The "Scrum Projects Management" course allows participants to quickly dive into the universe of Scrum. This two-day course is delivered with many practical workshops that simulate the reality of an Agile project using Scrum. Guided by an expert that actively coaches development teams who are using Scrum every day, participants will experience the different meetings and will also learn to produce the various artefacts used by the Scrum framework.

Objective

Experiment the execution of a Scrum project—During a practical exercise, each participant plays the role of a member of the Scrum team.
Discuss with an Agile expert—During the course, the trainer asks questions to verify that participants understand the concepts presented. The trainer also shares their work experience and answers questions about the participants’ specific contexts.

Participants will learn to:

To understand the philosophy behind Agile approaches, more specifically the Scrum framework:

Describe the values and principles of the Agile manifesto
Determine the deliverables, activities, and roles according to the Scrum Guide from Scrum.org
To apply the basics of Agile project management and, more specifically, to understand how to clarify and use the project vision to create the basic elements required to launch a project:
build an initial product backlog
organize the development according to the business value
write backlog items that are compatible with the management of a Scrum product backlog
